This committee will review menus, make recommendations that align with our wellness policy and the regulations set forth by CDE/USDA, and review and update our local wellness policies to make sure that we are focusing not only on healthy meals but the health and well-being of our staff and students. Due to unforeseen circumstances, CCSD will NOT have distance learning days to accommodate State basketball. Please see the following information pertaining to State basketball: If the Chargers/Lady Chargers make it to the State tournament, CCSD will be in session on Thursday, March 9, 2023. If students plan to attend State basketball on this day, parents must call in their absence. Any parent excused absence for State basketball will be marked as a school excused absence. There will be no school on Friday, March 10, 2023, to accommodate anyone wanting to attend the remaining days of the State basketball tournament. If the Chargers/Lady Chargers do NOT make it to the State tournament, CCSD will be in regular session on both days (3/9 & 3/10). If you have any questions, feel free to contact the front office of your student's school.

If students do not check in to each class, they will be marked as absent. CCSD staff will hold office hours to allow for further instruction if needed. Students needing further instruction will be required to reach out to their teachers via email or attend their scheduled office hours.
Due to weather and road conditions, CCSD will be on a 2-hour delay tomorrow, February 16, 2023. Buses will run exactly two hours after their normal route times. Classes will begin promptly at 9:55 AM.
